The mastermind and the ultimately responsible for our gastronomic proposal.

He from Ubrique, with more than 25 years of experience, loves creative gastronomy, discipline and talent are clearly reflected in all our dishes.

Of Argentinian origin, with the youth and energy typical of his age. Helpful and quick-witted.
